This review is straight from my dad. It was his first time here, and he said the barber (Ilya) went above and beyond with his haircut. He felt truly cared for, treated with patience, kindness, and respect throughout the entire visit. Hours later, my dad is still talking about the experience and how great it made him feel. He enjoyed it so much that he wished he had left a huge tip. That alone says everything. I didn’t know they cut 4c hair too. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk into the shop the service here is top notch. I’ve had cuts from a few of the barbers here and always leave in a better mood when my appointment is finished. Added bonus, Marissa gives the best scalp massage out there.

I liked the place and the staff were friendly, but the quality of service was disappointing. I asked for a haircut and beard trim, showed a reference photo, and explained what I wanted. The barber seemed inexperienced, and I had to repeatedly guide the process and suggest clipper lengths, which I don’t expect as a customer. When we moved to the beard trim, he still didn’t understand what I was asking for. After several attempts, I eventually asked to leave it as-is. Despite that, I was charged the full price. I have nothing against supervised trainees or less experienced staff, as long as the pricing reflects that. In my case, the 55 charge did not match the service delivered. Update: After my initial visit, the owner contacted me directly and offered to correct the haircut and beard trim. She was friendly and professional, and the fix was done carefully and exactly as requested. Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with the final result. I appreciate the quick response and customer service.
